This website is addressed to lovers of English poetry in general, and to teachers and students of English all over the world. I hope that you will find a lot of interesting material here.

POEMS BY BLAKE AND OTHER ROMANTICS is selected poetry by William Blake (1757-1827), William Wordsworth (1770-1850), Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834) & Gordon Lord Byron (1788-1824), which I have analysed and set to music. In my programme Romantic Poems Set To Music, I present my work in the form of music and recitals in "candle-light lectures" of a most entertaining kind.

To Coleridge's Kubla Khan I have dedicated a website of its own, with comprehensive text analysis, graphic illustrations and a symphony playable in MIDI format.

I have given performances and lectures on “English poetry set to music” in further teacher training (Regierungsbezirk Muenster, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany). I work as a college teacher. I am a winner of the International Music Contest A Song For Peace, Rome 1999-2002 > LINKS
